We have constructed the micro ion beam analysis system for structural materials. The microbeam system is used to obtain a beam diameter of about 1.5 micrometer for 3 MeV proton beams. In this presentation, we will introduce test results for the microbeam formation and the two-dimensional elemental mapping in materials.
