This study focus on the microstructure of fatigue deformation under non-proportional multiaxial loading of the F82H steel. Plate specimens were cut out from fatigue tested specimens at Deeq=0.5% and Deeq=1.0% under multiaxial loadings. TEM samples were picked up from the plate specimen perpendicular to the axial direction of cylindrical fatigue specimens using a TEM-FIB technique.
