照射による析出物原子の溶出は、被覆管の耐食性に影響を及ぼすと考えられ、当所は照射ジルコニウム合金中の溶出原子の分布をアトムプローブ観察により調べている。本件では、中性子照射されたジルコニウム合金の母相中における、溶出Fe原子の分布とFe量の関係について発表する。
