In order to evaluate the possibility of human activities toward preventing the damage expansion after the earthquake disaster in the nuclear power plant, we investigate the evaluation method of human injury probability during the earthquake. The shake table tests of human subjects were conducted by using the strong motion record observed in the nuclear power plant during the earthquake. Then, the behavior of the human during the shaking is observed and analyzed. Finally, we evaluated the fragility curve on human injury and human cliff edge.
