Keywords:thinning rate, flow accelerated corrosion, two phase flow, liquid Reynolds number, Prediction model of thinning rate

To reveal the phenomenon of flow accerelated corrosion (FAC) under water-steam two-phase flow, the experiments are performed with various liquid film velocity. From these experimets, the maximam wall thining rate is proposed to liquid film velosity. And then, the predictied thinning rate, which is calculated by thinning rate prediction equation based on the equation under water single phase flow in CRIEPI, is alomost the same as experiment maximum thinning rate value in turbulent flow region.
