Keywords:IonTrap, LaserCooling, Isotope analysis

Ion generated from the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer is introduced into the trap, and laser is cooled further. Single isotope ion can be detected, and development of analytical method making use of it is proceeding.
In this study, by changing the buffer gas and laser frequency condition, we investigate the analysis method and try to reduce the detection lower limit.
Furthermore, in order to verify the possibility of avoiding isobaric interference, which is a feature of this method, isobars are mixed in the sample, and the analysis performance is also evaluated in the experiment under that condition.
We will report on them.
