[3O11] Tritium dissolution behavior in rare-earth oxides

Sintered specimens of rare-earth oxide were exposed to tritium gas at elevated temperatures and then cut into halves. Tritium concentration was measured with an IP. For Er2O3, Yb2O3 and Y2O3, tritium solubilities and diffusivities were low. On the other hand, the result of Gd2O3 suggests that those were very high, compared with other oxide specimens.
