[3O11] Tritium dissolution behavior in rare-earth oxides

Sintered specimens of rare-earth oxide were exposed to tritium gas at elevated temperatures and then cut into halves. Tritium concentration was measured with an IP. For Er₂O₃, Yb₂O₃ and Y₂O₃, tritium solubilities and diffusivities were low. On the other hand, the result of Gd₂O₃ suggests that those were very high, compared with other oxide specimens.
