Accelerator Mass Spectrometry is high sensitive mass spectrometry that can measure isotope ratio up to 10-15. Charged particles are detected by ionization chamber through analyzing magnet and electrostatic analyzer. However isobar affect measurement by enter ionization chamber together with target element. In this publication, we consider two ways to separate isobar from target element. First method is reducing isobar from charged particle that was extracted from ion source. Second method is isobar separation at detector part and we will report these results.
