For the rapid analysis of 90Sr in an environment sample, we have developed an apparatus using the methods of resonance ionization, ion trap and laser cooling. A JRIA activity standard solution was prepared for the 90Sr sample, and the fluorecence from 90Sr+ trapped ions was successfully observed.
