[1E03] Development of Evaluation Method for Reducing the Risks of Radioactive Material Theft in Nuclear Facility

I assumed that the subnational group will steal nuclear materials for nuclear bomb manufacture at the nuclear facilities and considered the possibility of reaching the target nuclear material as index for security of nuclear facilities. Under these assumption, I constructed a formula to evaluate security quantitatively, then I used this formula to evaluate the security of CBHTR, and considerd effective security measures etc. based on the findings obtained from that.
