This study focused on quantification uncertainty of seismic response analysis to contribute to improve of reliability of Seismic Probability Risk Assessment (SPRA) for nuclear facilities. Seismic response analysis using a three-dimensional finite element model of the reactor building was carried out with various wave seismic waves of 200 waves randomly generated by the Monte Carlo Simulations as input. Statistical analysis was conducted on the relationship between the maximum acceleration response and shear strain response of the shear walls and the input ground motion level and the output position of the analysis result. We investigated the influence of modeling method by comparison with the lumped mass model. Finally, the findings related to the correlation among the input level, the output position and the response, the spatial correlation within the same floor, and the uncertainty factors related to the response variation will be described.
