As a decontamination method for contaminated concrete rubble arisen in Fukushima Daiichi NPS, a surface removal technology using blasting was studied. In this study, a stirring blast technology applied for rust or paint stripping from irregular shape materials was tested by using dummy rubble and verified its applicability.
