The basic methods of the students' exciting class were thinking together and collaborative work. The facilitation was done by a university student. The points of students' statements were: we are not tought the significance of thyroid screening test, we have no chance to talk about it with friends or class mates, I can not figure out how and what to think. Through the dialogues, they have gradually shaped out isuues on which they should do further challenges.
