福島第一原発事故以降、原発再稼動に向けて電力事業者等において、発電所長、原発運転従事者等を中心に原発過酷事故時に対応したレジリエンス訓練が行われている。然るに実際の過酷事故においては、元請以下協力会社の支援なくして電力会社のみで事故対応することは至難の業であった。福島第一、第二原発の事故対応を参考にこの度協力会社の放射線管理員を対象としたレジリエンス机上訓練と問題解決型(PBL)訓練を行ったので報告する。その結果、この訓練は協力会社作業員にもある程度適用できることが分かった。
