高速中性子直接問いかけ法を用いた核物質の測定装置では、計測信号の数え落としを防ぐために高速波形処理が求められる。また、高速波形処理により、高線量ガンマ線によるパイルアップ現象を避けることが可能となる。本発表では独自に製作した中性子検出器用アンプの性能試験について報告する。
