[3D04] Improvement and application of displacement damage calculation method for electron, muon and pion in PHITS

We incorporated the radiation damage model for electrons with PHITS and improved the radiation damage model for charged particle to calculate damages under pion and muon irradiation. As a result, PHITS is available to calculate radiation damage in a target under muon and electrons, and estimate pion contribution to damages produced by high-energy nuclear reactions.
