(13)Evaluation of MA transmutation by considering neutron spectrum reconstruction

This paper proposes the calculation method which can evaluate pin-by-pin MA transmutation by reconstructing neutron spectrum. The results show that the proposed method can evaluate detailed distribution of MA transmutation. At the same time, the difference of evaluated amount of transmutation in an assembly between the results of proposed method and that of existing calculation scheme is small. These results indicate that the impact of the reconstruction on total amount of MA transmutation in the core is not remarkable, but the proposed method is efficient for the evaluation of pin-wise MA transmutation.
