We evaluate a prediction uncertainty of minor actinide (MA) transmutation amount in MA transmutation fast reactor. The MAs are homogeneously or heterogeneously loaded into the reactor core. As the results, the difference of uncertainties between the MA homogeneous loading core and the heterogeneous loading core is small. In addition, new adjusted cross sections which are newly generated in this study are applied for MA homogeneous loading core and a uncertainty reduction of the MA taransmutation amount is evaluated.
