In Nagoya University, Dynamitron accelerator for BNCT is installed and being adjusted. In order to irradiate the Li target with proton beam appropriately, it is important to obtain the profile of the proton beam. The maximum current of the Dynamitron accelerator is 15 mA, and BPM which can operate under the environment was investigated.
