Thermodynamic equilibrium calculation and precipitation simulation were performed in order to estimate the effect of thermal aging under irradiation on the stability of G-phase. The results show good agreement with the experimental data obtained in the present study. Various information related to G-phase will be estimated by the model developed in the present study.
