原子炉圧力容器鋼の照射脆化の要因の一つである析出物“G相(Ni16Si7Mn6)”のバルク材をアーク溶解で作成し、物性測定と結晶構造解析を行った結果について報告する。第一原理計算の結果と合わせて、Siの占有位置が従来考えられていた4aサイトではなく、4bサイトである可能性について言及する。
