Irradiation hardening and embrittlement of RPV steels is heavily dependent on the Cu and Ni content. In this study, to investigate the effect of Cu and Ni on the microstructural evolution of these materials, RPV steels and model alloys with different Cu and Ni levels were irradiated with Fe ions and neutoron. We investigated the behavior of solute element clusters from recovery from embrittlement by heat treatment.
