Keywords:Fuel debris, Uranium dioxide, Pore, Compressive Strength, Finite element analysis, Nanoindentation

The molten solidified material of UO2-B2O3 was used as simulated fuel debris. The effect of porosity on the compressive strength and elasto-plastic properties were investigated by finite element analysis and nanoindentation. As a result of simulating several different porosity models, the effect of porosity on compressive strength became clear.
