Zirconium and palladium are considered to be suitable element for recycle and reuse from the high-level radioactive waste. In the reused process, it is necessary to evaluate a possible radiation dose to the public is essential. In the present paper, we introduce the production of Zr and Pd radioactive tracers and the results the application of these tracers to the experiments of transfer and absorption via plant root and animal intestinal tract
