[1L06] A consideration of training methods to acquire the basic abilities of plant operations

This study proposes a training manual with checklist for the training of novice operators and investigates the effects of this type of training manual. This study analyzes task omissions in operation experiments using a semi-scale thermal power plant emulator. The results show that any effect of the training manual with checklist was not confirmed. However, it is suggested that pointing out omissions of tasks has positive effect for the acquisition of basic abilities.
