We can measure thermal neutron beams directly and in real time at Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT) fields using our thin silicon sensor, which has small sensivity to gamma rays. We characterized neutron sensor responses to high-flux neutron and gamma ray responses. The neutron sensors are comprised of the Si sensor attached with LiF radiator or that without LiF. The neutron sensor has an advantage of using same neutron reaction as the BNCT.
