In this research, in order to evaluate nuclear security measures of Pu-HTGR (Plutonium burner High Temperature Gas Reactor), FT (Fault Tree) of every sabotage which may lead to FP (Fission Product) release was created and the target set were extracted by VAI (Vital Area Identification) analysis.
FP leaked due to breakage of the fuel particles coating and FP accumulated in the helium purification system were assumed as the FP release.
In addition, theft of spent fuel was excluded from the threat since chemically inert YSZ (Yttria Stabilized Zirconia) has low attractiveness as a theft target.
