In order to evaluate the change in electrochemical characteristics due to the RISA under high-temperature conditions, corrosion potential and polarization curve of a stainless-304 and a PNC1520 which has been considered as a potential material of fuel clad in an SCWR were measured in pure water at temperatures up to 300 centigrade before and after gamma-ray irradiation.
