Keywords:Radon inhalation, Mouse, Renal injury, Cisplatin

Mouse renal injury caused by the oxidative stress of cisplatin after radon inhalation was verified. When the high radiosensitive mouse was treated with the lowered dose of cisplatin after radon inhalation, the antioxidant content was increased and creatinine level was decreased. The supportive effect of Radon inhalation would be a good potential as the candidate treatment to alleviate the cisplatin induced renal injury in the veterinary field.
