Keywords:Boron, Cesium, Iodine, Transport, Severe accident

The transport tests of Cesium iodide and Boron compounds were performed in steam and hydrogen atmospheres in Reactor Coolant System conditions during a severe accident to evaluate the effects of Boron on the gaseous chemical reaction of Cesium and Iodine during transport. The test results indicate that large amount of gaseous iodine can be formed by the gaseous reaction for both atmosphere.
