同位体希釈質量分析法によるU・Pu混合酸化物（MOX）中のU、Pu濃度分析に最適化した239Pu、235Uを内標準とする混合スパイクを調製し、MOX粉末中のU、Pu濃度を高精度に分析できる結果が得られた。
