For the purpose that even the radioactive concentration which can burn high dose
abandoned resin up does the decontamination.
Hot testing with a diaphragm electrolytic reduction method was performed.
As a result, the liquation was made radioactivecobalt from resin, and it was electrodeposited in a cathode.
We could also dispose of a cobalt in the electrolyte to sub ppt, and the goal was achieved.
