A method has been developed for the analysis of irradiated samples of endpieces to provide a model of the leaching behavior of radionuclides from a radioactive waste.
A radioactive inventory of the irradiated sample was estimated by simulation and measurement. The result of comparing the measurement with the simulation showed that the analysis method can estimate the inventory of some radioactive nuclei.
