[1E07] Physical properties of molten core materials

(3)Viscosity and surface tension of Fe-B measured by electrostatic levitation technique

*Kiu Tanaka1 (1. Osaka Univ.)

Keywords:electrostatic levitation, viscosity, surface tension, Fe-B alloy

Focusing on the eutectic composition from the Fe-B melt that may be generated when the fuel is melted, the viscosity and surface tension of the molten Fe-B were measured by using the electrostatic levitation method.
