Li is planned to be used as a beam target in accelerator-based neutron sources and coolant in nuclear fusion blanket. The high reactivity of Li is one of concerns for the risk in the accident. On the other hand, suspending metallic nanoparticles to Na has been studied. In these researches, it was also reported that viscosity and surface tension were changed by suspending them. In this study, since the similar effect to Li may be also promised, the wettability is measured for evaluating the influence of suspending nanoparticles on the characteristics of Li. F82H and SS304 are selected as substrate material and the contact angles of pure Li and Li suspending nanoparticles with these materials are measured.
