[1M13] Improvement of an analysis method for crystalline phase volume fraction using Bragg-edge neutron transmission imaging

It is important to evaluate crystalline phase volume fraction in an engineering material. We improved an analysis method for crystalline phase using a Bragg-edge neutron transmission imaging method. As a result we found that the profile fitting analysis of neutron transmission spectrum was improved by crystallographic anisotropy correction using multiple orientation distributions.
