We propose an interaction model that uses STAMP/STPA (the Systems-Theoretic Accident Model and Process/STAMP based Process Analysis) model to assess the impact of common cause failure and spatial effects of simultaneous occurrence of multiple accidents due to external events, and feedback from human operations in nuclear facilities.
