For the purpose of introducing advanced fuels contributing to safety improvement of current LWRs, Accident Tolerant Fuels have been developed under funding of Agency for Natural resources and Energy, METI. In this series R&D for BWR FeCrAl-ODS, BWR SiC composite, PWR SiC composite, and Round Robin test for SiC composite are presented.
