For solid-liquid phase transition temperatures of nitrides, the dependence on chemical composition and N2 partial pressure was evaluated using the non-contact laser heating method. The nitride samples were (Dy,Zr)N and (Er,Zr)N pellets where Dy and Er were a surrogate for minor actinides.
