We developed re-criticality prevention technology for the decommissioning of Fukushima-Daiichi Nuclear Power Plants. Our insoluble neutron absorbers are high viscosity fluid carrying boron carbide (B4C) by using the surfactant-based rheology modifier (VISCOTOP). We evaluated its neutron shielding property and model debris adhesion.
