A-FNS is an accelerator-based intense neutron source facility that provides DT fusion-like neutrons by the Li(d,xn) reaction. It is important that not only neutron induced nuclear data, but also deuteron induced nuclear data for neutronics analysis of A-FNS. As a pilot study, we examined the official three kinds deuteron induced files of TENDL-2017; TENDF, and two special ENDF files. As a result, we found out that neutron production energy spectra differed markedly each other. The same problem may occur in all isotope data of charged particle induced files (proton, deuteron and alpha particle) in TENDL-2017. In this study, we present about these problems in detail.
