Uncertainty evaluation of the neutron capture cross sections of the long-lived fission product (LLFP) nuclides is important for the design of an innovative LLFP transmutation system utilizing a fast reactor. Estimation of uncertainty of the cross-section data produces quantitative evaluation of errors of the reactor constants such as nuclear transmutation rate. We estimated the covariances of neutron cross ections of LLFP nuclides using the nuclear data evaluation code system T6.
