[2M13] Charged particles emission at incident reaction of 100MeV/u 12C-beam

We measured double differential cross sections in large angle at incident energy of 100 MeV/u 12C-particle, which unmeasured area. For the measurement, we used semiconductor detector, GSO(Ce) scintillator and PWO scintillator. Proton, deuteron, triton, 3He and α-particle were identified by ΔE-E method and the result was obtained.
