[2M18] Excitation function measurement to produce 166Ho by alpha-induced reactions on natural dysprosium

166Ho is a radionuclide which is applicable to radioembolization instead of 90Y. We are motivated to investigate the 166Ho production by charged-particle induced reactions using an accelerator. The experiment will be performed at RIKEN using 50 MeV alpha beam. The excitation function of the natDy(a,x)166Ho reaction up to 50 MeV will be reported.
