We are developing a shape variable Compton camera for use in a narrow area. The device has an umbrella-like structure which is closed when passing a narrow area and is opened after passing through it to work as a Compton camera. When gamma rays from the sealed sources were measured, the distribution of the source could be reconstructed into an image. However, when gamma rays from surface distributed sources were measured, accurate distribution information could not be obtained because there were few effective events and the accuracy was poor. In the future, we will re-examine the configuration parameters and aim to improve the efficiency. We will also develop a new equipment for use in high dose rate environment.
