核不拡散・核セキュリティ分野での核燃料物質の非破壊測定技術の向上を目的として、アクティブ中性子法による非破壊測定装置の開発を実施している。今回、非破壊装置の一部であるダイアウェイ時間差分析システムにおいて実施した模擬高線量場での核燃料物質の測定試験結果について報告する。
