3-D dose distribution of color gel dosimeter, PVA-KI gel dosimeter and polymer gel dosimeter irradiated by 12^C^6+ beam were measured using optical computed tomography. Measured 3-D dose distribution of color gel dosimeter and PVA-KI gel dosimeter coincided with the dose distribution planed by treatment plan beforehand. On the other hand, measured 3-D dose distribution of polymer gel dosimeter in the vicinity of Bragg peak didn’t coincided with the predicted distribution due to the artifact.
