The authors are conducting the validity of procedures of fault displacement fragility evaluation. As part of that, the procedure was analyzed analytically, referring to the Shih-Gang dam damage data in Chi-Chi Earthquake (Taiwan, 1999). At that time, using the global response model (beam element, soil spring element with gap element), we grasped the overall deformation behavior of the ground and the dam body, and the evaluation index that is effective for clarifying it. In this report, based on the extension to the displacement fragility evaluation of nuclear facilities, the results of those studies are summarized.
