Due to the Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred on March 11, 2011, Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station Units 1 to 3 had experienced a severe accident accompanying core melting. We surveyed analyzed Units 1 to 3 in order to understand the situation of the accident and we estimated the process of core damage from released fission product and from our estimation of damage in core at the accident to explain the process.
