The objective is to unravel the mechanism of DNA damage repair by visualizing DNA damage. For this purpose, we will perform local irradiation of He ion using glass capillary to living cells, then obtain 3D data with high resolution microscope and analyze. I would like to conclude the change in repair due to the damaged position.
